Dark Archetype | Order of Nine Angles Part I: Aeonic Magick, Anton Long, Left-Hand Path & Carl Jung

In Part I of Dark Archetype, Joel begins an investigation into the Order of Nine Angles (O9A)—a secretive and decentralized occult network that describes its system as “Traditional Satanism” and combines elements of the Left-Hand Path, paganism, occult initiation, and an unusual causal/acausal cosmology.  

We trace the disputed origins of the Order, the mysterious identity of Anton Long and his alleged connection to David Myatt, before breaking down what actually separates the O9A from more familiar forms of modern Satanism.  

What does the O9A mean by the “acausal realm”? Who—or what—are its so-called Dark Gods? Are these beings understood as literal external intelligences, manifestations of the subconscious, or something existing somewhere between those two possibilities? The episode brings Carl Jung's archetypes into the discussion to explore how angels, demons, Satan, aliens, gods, and other entities might interact with human consciousness without automatically reducing those experiences to hallucination or fantasy.  

Part I opens the door into the philosophy and cosmology behind one of the strangest—and darkest—modern occult systems.
