Most Vision Impaired Young People are not connected to the internet! Really?

An article in the Guardian from the Royal London Society for the Blind (part of the RNIB Group) claim this is true. I and many other young VI people have found this astounding. Hear my thoughts and continue to comment if you wish. :)
