UN aid Chief Warns of destructive toll in South Sudan conflict

O'Brien flew into South Sudan on Wednesday for a four-day visit to see “first-hand the humanitarian consequences of the conflict and efforts by aid organizations to respond to escalating needs.

O'Brien visited the UN’s protection of civilian’s site in Juba. This is what he said after the visit.
