JMEC chairperson Festus Mogae addresses the 18th Plenary meeting in Juba

The Chairperson of the Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission, Festus Mogae, has called upon the Transitional Government of National Unity to seize the opportunity of the IGAD Revitalization Forum to restore peace in South Sudan and the full implementation of the Peace Agreement.

Festus Mogae made the call while opening the July JMEC Plenary meeting, in Juba.
