NYFW Spring 2018: Colovos

Michael and Nicole Colovos were creative directors at Helmut Lang for eight years, and their experience and flair shows in their new collection, which Michael describes as "a modern, futuristic, bizarre and layered landscape with texture and pattern." Dresses layered over pants, dark rinse jeans, asymmetric shirt dresses and leather sweatshirts keep the look minimal but arty. Hairstylist guru Odile Gilbert created a "cool look" with her hands (no brushing) and makeup artist Chantel designed a no-makeup visage with a flash of color.
