National Constitution Amendment Committee starts review of Political Parties Act

The National Constitutional Amendment Committee – the NCAC, has started the review of the political parties’ act, to facilitate democratic registration of political parties. 

 The review covers requirements and minimum standards for parties to register. 

National Constitutional Amendment Committee Chairperson, Gichira Kibara told Miraya Breakfast Show that this is one of several laws the committee is scrutinizing.
