EU Head in South Sudan insists Perpetrators of SGBV must be held to account

The head of EU delegation in South Sudan, Frances Collins says perpetrators of sexual and gender based violence must be held accountable.

Ms. Frances sounded the warning in Juba on Thursday during a one-day forum on the impact of conflict-related sexual and gender base violence organized by the Ceasefire and Transitional Security Arrangements Monitoring Mechanisms-CTSAMM.
