Micheal Makuei says Talks to Revitalise the agreement have ended "with major strides"

Talks on the Revitalisation  of the agreement to resolve the Conflict in South Susdan ended Friday, with parties appending their initials to Chapter 1 and Chapter two of the agreement. 

Government spokesperson,  Michael Makuei,  told journalists in Addis Ababa that outstanding issues not agreed have been defered to the third phase of the High Level Revitalisation Forum.
