South Sudan gears up to host East Africa Parliament between May and June

The Transitional National Legislative Assembly is preparing to host regional members of the East African Parliament, who are expected to convene in Juba between May and June.

Speaker of the East Africa Legislative Assembly Martin Ngona was in Juba last week to make initial preparations. 

Chairperson of Parliament’s Information and Telecommunication committee, Paul Yoane Bonju says the legislators will spend three weeks discussing issues related to the regional economy, politics and trade.
