The Norwegian Ambassador in Juba, Lars Andersen and the FAO Country Representative, Serge Tissot, last week visited farmers in Gurei who have been supported under the efforts of fighting hunger.
The two met groups of farmers to look at their progress, including those who were supported with vouchers and were trained to produce food on their own and sell the surplus.
Philip Wani was on that trip and he spoke with FAO Country Representative, Serge Tissot, to find out more about FAO’s support for food security in the country.
