UNFPA stresses the need to empower Couples with ‘power of choice’

United Nations Population Fund - UNFPA, Deputy country director, Dr Wilfred Ochan has reiterated the need for dialogue between couples on reproductive health rights.

This comes as UNFPA stresses the need to empower families with the power to choose the number, timing and spacing of children.

Speaking to Miraya Breakfast show, Dr Wilfred Ochan, emphasized the importance of ensuring the right social, economic and good governance policies to prevent maternal deaths.
