Bodies of slain Ugandan teachers laid to rest, school closes for two weeks

The Administration of Hope and Resurrection Secondary school in Atiaba county, Western Lakes state says the school will remain closed for two weeks, following the killing of two teachers. 
 
The school had initially said the it would close for two days to mourn the death of Charles Kule and William Binissima - both Ugandan nationals, who were gunned down in a road ambush on Sunday. 
 
The founder of the school, Mabor Marial told Radio Miraya that the teachers, many of them Ugandans, need more time to recover from the incident. 
 
The bodies of the two teachers were laid to rest on Thursday in their home town of Kasese, Western Uganda.
