Cody returns from his travels in the Wastes bearing a movie long thought to have only existed in myth and legend...
Just when we thought all hope was lost after Santa Claus: The Movie proved to be a less than magical Christmas present, our old friend Cody has returned from his journeys in the Wastes bearing a gift long thought to have been lost to time and legend. And no, i'm not talking about Avatar 2, I'm talkin' Star Wars: Episode IX!!! What treasures does this movie hold? Will Rey finally discover her destiny? Will Kylo return to the good side? Will Finn and Poe finally be allowed to show their true feelings for each other onscreen? All will be revealed...NOW!
I'm your host, David Snider, and joining me as we say goodbye to the Skywalker saga are fellow cinephiles Ryan Caldwell, Michael Althouse, and special guest: Cody Eastlick.
Listen as we try desperately to remain positive as we discuss Episode IX; Rian Johnson spins in his grave as J.J. Abrams and Co. give in to troll hatred; and finally, "The Dead Speak!" as Emperor Palpatine is reborn via the strength of the internet meme.
