Muhandis: Not all hope is lost on the number and boundaries of states.

A civil society organisation has described the stalemate on the number of States and boundaries by the parties as unfortunate.  Responsive Governance executive director Rajab Muhandis, however, says not all hope is lost on the matter. 

He urged the parties to continue engaging for a lasting solution.

Parties to the Revitalized agreement yesterday failed to agree on the number and boundaries of states, prompting the matter being referred to IGAD mediators for further consultation with the President.
