South Sudan civil society forum recommends reverting to 10 states

The South Sudan civil society forum has strongly recommended reverting to10 states as a solution to the deadlock on the number of states. The forum says it has been keenly following the peace negotiations that have so far not yielded any positive results on the number of state and their boundaries and as such have decided to give a proposal that is not politically contentious but will help the country move forward.
