Edmund Yakani calls on South Sudanese leaders to place citizens' interest above theirs

Civil society activist Edmund Yakani has called on South Sudanese leaders to place the citizens' interest above theirs. 
He says the leaders must take care to ensure they do not get bogged down with ethnicity and rewarding loyalties in their selections, but rather focus on merit and ability to perform.
