Minister of higher Education speaks to Radio Miraya about government's response plan.

Ministry of high education says the three million allocated to South Sudanese students studying abroad has not yet been made available by ministry of finance and not distributed to students abroad.
Minister Denay Jok Chagor made the commend on Tuesday while denying reports that some students are only receiving 30 dollars for their up keep during the coronavirus lockdown. 
Last week the government approved three million dollars emergency package for Students studying abroad under government scholarship.
Jok says South Sudan responded to the need of their students abroad better than any other countries in the region.
