When Ryan uncovers a hidden crate of unstable Mountain Dew Livewire, the crew watch a forgotten gem from the seventies in hopes of finding a way to move their dangerous treasure.

After a month of the Krypto-Cast ruling the apocalyptic airwaves, I am proud to announce that Apocalypse Video is back with an all new, non-Superman related episode! (Don’t worry Krypto fans, Superman will be back faster than you can say “is this miniseries over with yet?”)

I’m your host, David Snider, and joining me as we tackle “the toughest, most relentless American film in a long time” are fellow cinephiles and criminals in hiding Ryan Caldwell and Michael Althouse.

Listen as we discuss the one unstable movie bridge to rule them all; we try to figure out why a film so good bombed so hard; and finally, we take a closer look at William Friedken, the craziest auteur filmmaker of the 1970s.
