Yakani: National dialogue marred by tribal sentiments at the expense of national issues

A Civil society representative at the National Dialogue conference in Juba has challenged delegates at the event to renounce tribalistic terminologies and expressions that may affect overall implementation of resolutions to come out of the event
Speaking to Radio Miraya this morning, Edmund Yakani Executive Director of the Community Empowerment for Progress Organization says the first five days of discussions have been marred by tribal sentiments at the expense of national issues that affect all South Sudanese.
