SRSG Nicholas Haysom: Parties must apply a sense of urgency in the implementation of all aspects of the peace agreement

The UN Special Representative to South Sudan Nicholas Haysom has called on parties to the revitalized peace agreement, to master a renewed sense of political will to avoid a state of paralysis and a collapse of the agreement.  

Addressing the United Nations Security Council in New York, Mr. Haysom said that next year presents a dramatic challenge if South Sudan is to conduct elections planned for 2023.
