 In today's episode, I head to South West London to meet a man who has had a unique journey in his rise to the top of the fitness industry.  As a result, he is now one of the faces of the most dominant online fitness communities in the world, Peleton. His energy and drive for life is infectious, so at a time when we all need that spark of motivation to stay on track, I am happy to say we are chatting to an old friend of mine, "Mr Peleton" himself - Ben Aldis, Strength and Cycling Instructor & Training specialist at Peleton.
 
We talk about finding a purpose within your own fitness journey, as well as being fit for life.  We discuss the subject of BALANCE, and how to achieve it.  So you'll just have to tune in to find out!

How do elite athletes find the motivation to kick start their week come rain or shine? How do celebrities deliver no matter what the time of day? What knowledge can they pass on?

Each episode drops on a Monday morning and plays out in real time. Aimee will meet each of her guests for a walk and a chat and over the course of the mile she will find out how they cope on a Monday morning - their idiosyncrasies, breakfast routines, alarm noises - and how, when they need to, find the motivation to kick-on through the week.
