Brain Dump: assess where you currently are in different areas of your life.

Envision: think about the life you want to have and what practices are going to get you there.

Practices vs. Projects: consider what are the building blocks of your daily life as opposed to one-time tasks that will facilitate your daily practices.

Back Up Plan: decide what are you base level things that you need to do even on the days when everything else falls apart.

Track Your Progress: write down what you have done to have a record of your progress in even the small steps.

Come Together: find accountability with a friend or group of people to help keep you on track and give you perspective.
