Happy May!

Happy Hour is here with more tips and advice for staying happy as your hosts Holly and Paulina play you great music, share great interviews, and chat all things random like the latest Barbie news and today's happy fact!

On the show this week, Hywel Davies hears from Yosra Elhamamy who was born with a visual impairment and now at 28 years old, she's trying to juggle employment, voluntary work, and the continuing fight for change.

Paulina chats with Legally blind journalist and content creator Chad Bouton about his new podcast Hindsight Is 20/200 and how he hopes to dispel myths around sight loss and start a constructive dialogue.

And finally, Andy Shipley from Natural Inclusion is back with his latest Sensory Odyssey. This month, it's all about stopping to take in those fragrances around us.
