Round Table - Discussion of Unified Command Part Two

President Salva Kiir formed the unified armed forces command early this month , a significant step in the implementation of the security arrangement in the September 2018 revitalized peace deal. The latest move calmed down fears over repeated delays and stalemates over the power-sharing arrangements in the military leadership positions. In the arrangement, 60% representation is allocated to the ruling party, (SPLM IG) and the remaining 40% to opposition SPLM IO and SSOA,
