With less than 24 hours before the commemoration of this year’s International Day of United Nations Peacekeepers which falls tomorrow, Miraya breakfast this morning unpacked the valuable contributions of Warrant Officer Hwongai RWANG to the peace process in South Sudan. The Warrant Officer is a Military Observer based at UNMISS force headquarters in JUBA.
