Halloween (1978)

Shocktober lives on as Nick and Dave begin a year-long retrospective of everyone’s favorite serial killer, Michael Myers, with John Carpenter’s 1978 classic: Halloween.
“Death has come to your little town, Sheriff…”
Just when you thought it was safe to take down your jack-o-lantern…Shocktober lives on! Because two horror fans (and the occasional special guest) refuse to let evil die tonight.
I’m your host, Dave, and joining me as we begin a year-long retrospective on everyone’s favorite Captain Kirk Mask-wearing serial killer, is fellow horror fan and former Smith’s Grove patient, Nick “Immortan” Hoof.
Topics of discussion in this episode include the apparent lack of spatial awareness with the youth of the 1970s; we breakdown ButterGate and Annie’s complete disregard for the safety of Lindsey; and finally we wonder if the murder of three teenagers could have been prevented if Dr. Loomis had merely looked down the other side of the street three hours earlier.
