Many people ask why does my knee or hip hurt and the x-ray looks better than my spouse's x-ray who has more arthritis yet is more active than I am... Here is the key, with exercise we polish the joint so that it is a smooth surface, hence smoother ease of movement. Arthritis can come for many reasons, time, ageing, trauma, inflammatory illnesses caused by autoimmune illnesses and more. Then there is osteoporosis, bone is not being made faster than the breakdown of the bone causing thinning of the bone. To help you have a mobility and maintain mobility movement is key!
