Blind Sports & Making A Difference in Your Local Community

We’re focusing on wellbeing and physical activity as we speak with Tokeer Akhtar. 

Tokeer played sports both in the leagues and for England, in cricket, goalball and baseball and is active in his local community, rising awareness and creating opportunities for blind and partially sighted people to get involved in sports.

He spoke with Happy Hour's Paulina Kuchorew.
