Diversity in Yachting: "The Truth Economy: Uncovering Diversity In Yachting"

Rhea has stepped in for Gabriela this week as she is on Charter, and what a week to step in. Rebecca Whitlocke dropped her truth bombshell yesterday on LinkedIn and the responses are still rolling in. As a result, YIR wanted to have the conversation to delve further into why there was a need for this story, what the current situation is, and how the Industry can move forward in  a positive manner, not just with lip service and hashtags, but with ACTUAL change.
